What are you pressing out ? bug joints i just press out the joint itself , then i use a die to press the shell out , you`ll struggle to push whole joint out in one hit/go ...Bay ones i gring the back off then knock joint out , and put 2 cuts down the outer shell case , takes about 5 mins , i use the press to fit the joints on busses .....but thats all ...... If your pressing up around the 10/15 tons area you really want to make sure joint and arm are suppoorted very well , ive been to A+E before due to items shooting out of a press and that was 10 tons .......

Sound advice. Was gonna start off with a few bearings, so wanted a few different diameter drifts/dies? Sockets may do the trick to start.
